A day long taster course for beginners to learn the Northumbrian Small Pipes with expert tutor Ednie Wilson.

This day long session is the perfect introduction to the Northumbrian Small Pipes for beginners.

The Northumbrian Small Pipes provide one of the iconic sounds of the region and a unique addition to the history and culture of the North. Gentler than their cousin the Scottish Highland pipes, small pipes are played by people from all walks of life for fun, at dances, concert setting, ceremonies and celebrations.
